Bus service will resume in five zones
ST in five zones of the state. The service will be started. The northern zone will include Banaskantha, Patan, Mehsana, Sabarkantha, Aravalli, Gandhinagar. Buses will run in Kheda, Panchmahal, Mahisagar, Vadodara, Dahod, Anand, Chhotaudepur etc. districts in the central zone. In the southern zone, bus service will be operational in Surat, Valsad, Tapi, Dang, Bharuch, Navsari, Narmada districts. In Saurashtra zone, bus service will be started in Rajkot, Morbi, Junagadh, Porbandar, Botad, Bhavnagar, Amreli, Jamnagar, Surendranagar, Gir Somnath. As well as in Kutch zone from Bhuj to North zone and Saurashtra zone major cities will be connected by bus.
The bus will carry only 60 per cent passengers
In addition, as a precautionary measure, the temperature of passengers will be measured by thermal scanners at all bus stands. If a passenger is not wearing a mask, he will not be allowed to sit in the bus. No tourist will be able to spit out of a window or inject a leaf after boarding a bus.

The state government has appealed for maximum number of passengers to travel via e-ticket or mobile ticket. However, in order to avoid inconvenience to the common passengers, they will be able to get tickets from the ticket counter of the bus stand as well as from the conductor in the bus in a way that social distance is followed. Passengers must arrive at the bus stand 30 minutes before the ride. Only 60% of the passengers will be able to travel in the bus and the bus will be properly sanitized after each trip.
