Gujarat is currently in dire straits due to the Corona, on the other hand, the threat of a major hurricane is looming.  Deep depression has been active in the Arabian Sea.  Deep depression is moving towards South Gujarat.  Due to which pre-monsoon rains are likely in Mumbai.  The meteorological department is also forecasting heavy rains between June 2 and 4.  At that time, a big news is being received about Gujarat.  Gujarat is now in the grip of 'Hika' hurricane crisis.

Hika storm is looming in Gujarat.  It is feared that the storm will spread to Kutch via Dwarka, Okha and Morbi on June 4 and 5.  Hurricane Hika is expected to make landfall in Kandla and surrounding areas of Kutch and move towards Rajasthan, where it is likely to disperse.

Hurricane Hika was previously expected to make landfall in Oman.  But due to the deep depression created in the last four days in the Arabian Sea, the storm is now moving towards Gujarat at a fast pace.  Sources close to the meteorological department said that if the storm hits Gujarat, winds of up to 120 kmph could blow.

In the wake of this hurricane in Gujarat, a number one signal has been set up at Okha port in Dwarka, signaling a depression in the Arabian Sea.  Which is likely to turn into a deep depression in 12 hours.  The meteorological department has also instructed fishermen not to plow the sea.
