Lockdown 4.0 offers more leeway
The spokesperson tweeted, "It is not appropriate to associate this speculation with the Home Ministry." Lockdown 4.0 started on May 18 and will continue till May 31. However, compared to the lockdown announced for the period from March 25 to April 14, there is a lot of relaxation in the rules now.
