Coronavirus: 8380 cases reported in 24 hours in the country, death toll crosses 5,000


The number of corona infections in the country has reached 1,82,143, according to the health ministry.  5164 people have died.

New Delhi: The number of corona cases in the country is increasing by leaps and bounds with concessions.  The number of infected people in the country has crossed 1.82 lakh.  In the last 24 hours, 8380 new cases have been reported and 193 people have died.  Which is by far the highest number of infections reported in the last 24 hours.

 The number of corona infections in the country has reached 1,82,143, according to the health ministry.  5164 people have died and 86,984 have recovered.  There are currently 89,995 active cases in the country.

 2197 in Maharashtra, 1007 in Gujarat, 343 in Madhya Pradesh, 416 in Delhi, 60 in Andhra Pradesh, 4 in Assam, 20 in Bihar, 4 in Chandigarh, 1 in Chhattisgarh, 19 in Haryana, 5 in Himachal Pradesh, 28 in Jammu and Kashmir, 5 in Jharkhand, 48 in Karnataka, 9 in Kerala.  , 7 in Odisha, 44 in Punjab, 193 in Rajasthan, 160 in Tamil Nadu, 77 in Telangana, 5 in Uttarakhand, 201 in Uttar Pradesh and 309 in West Bengal.

 Maharashtra has the highest number of infected people.  The number of infected people in Maharashtra has reached 65,268.  21,284 cases have been reported in Tamil Nadu, 16,343 in Gujarat, 18,549 in Delhi, 8,617 in Rajasthan, 7,891 in Madhya Pradesh, 7,445 in Uttar Pradesh, 3,569 in Andhra Pradesh, 3,636 in Bihar, 2,223 in Punjab, 2,499 in Telangana and 5,130 in West Bengal.

 Corona's first case in India came on January 30.  Since then, more than 182,000 people have been infected in the country.  India has been included in the top-10 list of infected countries.  America tops the list.
