In Hamirpur village of Rapar taluka of Kutch, it has been learned that 4 people were killed while playing Dhinganu between two groups today. There was an armed clash between the two groups. It is learned that the Koli-Rajput faction had been at loggerheads for some time yesterday but a dispute arose again this afternoon over which the two groups clashed and 4 members of the same group were killed.
